At  krispysoles.net , we offer FREE SHIPPING & FREE RETURN on almost every item we carry, so there's no risk. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your return for an exchange or refund within 14 days of the delivery date. And if your item(s) is eligible, we'll also issue you a FREE return label. Just follow these simple guidelines:

 

1. Returned items must be in new condition.

 

krispysoles.net will not accept returns/exchanges if there is evidence that your purchase has been worn outdoors or accessories taken out of the orginal package and used. Please try on sneakers on a carpeted surface to ensure fit. We will gladly provide a refund/exchange if you are not satisfied.

 

2. The original shoebox/packaging and all accessories must be returned with your purchase.

 

Please pack sneakers, shoebox, and all accessories inside original shipping box. Returns without the original shoebox, using the shoebox as a shipping box, or missing accessories will not be accepted.

 

3. Defective products will be accepted for exchange only.

4.Your purchase will be refunded once we receive your returned item.

 

5.Return Shipping Charges: If the item(s) purchased is not eligible for FREE SHIPPING & FREE RETURNS, you are responsible for all return shipping charges. If you believe an error was made in your order, please contact Customer Service.

 

6.Items Returned for Exchange: If the desired item is out of stock, the return will be treated as a return for refund.

Please allow 14 business days for us to receive and process your returned merchandise. Please allow as much as two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. We recommend using an insured parcel service (i.e. UPS or USPS) for all returns.
